We accomplish this through keeping clients informed of the current status of their case, prompt and attentive response to all communications, easy access to your attorney and his paralegals, and the use of every legally available means to fight for the rights of our clients.

lawyer Weisberg, Michael S. Reviews

I have tried contacting several people so I can find out more information on what will happen with my taxes next year. Trying to do short sale on residence, own a 'vacation' home in another state that will be primary residence when this is all over. Asked tax guy/CPA, lawyer and considering asking irs directly about what will end up happening at the end of the year tax wise. No one will give me a direct answer and keep telling me to go to the person that does my taxes. I can't afford an opinion, I just want a straight answer. The stress is killing me of not knowing. I have heard about 1099 and that I could be forgiven the amount if it is a primary residence, with alternate version of a lien placed on my 'vacation' home..

Play up your skills, there's little difference between hospitality and retail, with the exception of the final product, and some of the skills involved. I'll give you examples in both the resume and cover letter.. . For Example:. . EXPERIENCE. June 2004 - present. Acme Conventions. Wait Staff Manager. - Responsible for supervision of wait staff serving over 100 guests. - Respond to client concerns in a timely manner. - Ensure timely delivery of meals to client satisfaction. - Increased productivity by 35%. - Increased customer satisfaction by 70%. . You get the drift here. Show them numbers. :) I always hate that part, but I definitely noticed a difference when I started including hard numbers.. . COVER LETTER. . To Whom It May Concern

People who work in ad agencies.... . The creative department -- the people who create the actual ads -- form the core of an advertising agency. Modern advertising agencies usually form their copywriters and art directors into creative teams. Creative teams may be permanent partnerships or formed on a project-by-project basis. The art director and copywriter report to a creative director, usually a creative employee with several years of experience. Although copywriters have the word "write" in their job title, and art directors have the word "art", one does not necessarily write the words and the other draw the pictures

I need to have a cover letter to apply online to Holland and Barrett, but not too sure what one is and what I should write to be given a chance?. I have already given my CV to the shop and they just rang to say they are interested in my CV but cant do anything further with it as it has to be done online and seen by the head office before the actual shop gets to give interviews to the selected ones. . On the online form it doesn't say a cover letter is compulsory but there is an option to give one so I assume I would have more of a chance if I did one :). Thanks!.
