My bf is very very close to his family. I'm close to my mom, but not that close to my brother. Even so, I don't see my mom every day, although I do talk to her every day. He sees his parents almost every day. We are just very different in that respect. He says that his family will always come first and a lot of times I don't feel like an important part of his life because whatever his family needs always takes precedence. We constantly fight about it because I just don't understand it. I see it as him not wanting to grow up and break away from his family and he sees it as him being the way he was brought up to be. Is this normal for tight knit families, or am I in for a long, hard road ahead of me?.

I can see that you would want some kind of paper that the other person signs that says they received their money but it doesn't work like that in this kind of situation. The legal way is to either write them a check or give them a money order for the amount owed, but their name needs to be on that document (so when they cash that well then that's your proof that it's been repaid). The rough part is that that person might be hesitant to accept a paper type payment. If he does though is you'd have a receipt of that transaction.. . A printable document isn't going to help you as more than likely they won't sign it. What was the money for?

Write the letter as a word doc. (same as if you were going to post it) and save it. Then you can attach it to your email.

or do you bury the letter in order to please your boss? Maybe you can split the difference. Publish the letter, but then offer your boss a chance to rebut in a future edition of the newsletter. Either that, or publish the original letter and your company's rebuttal side-by-side in the next edition of the newsletter. Either way, I hope things work out for you. Good luck!

My sister was Financial POA for both our mother and father while they were alive.?

Post a letter to the attorney or attorneys you appointed informing them that you wish to cancel the power with immediate effect. Ask them to return the original and all copies of the power to you (so that these can be destroyed).
