• Michelle Treiber, Esq.?focuses her practice in the areas of criminal defense, municipal court and family law. She has successfully represented hundreds of individuals in State and local courts in New Jersey. ?Ms. Treiber is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University, School of Law in 2003. She went on to serve as a Law Clerk in the Superior court of New Jersey, Essex county criminal division. Between 2004 and 2012, Ms. Treiber had her own law practice where she specialized in representing individuals charged with State crimes including drug offenses, burglary, robbery, carjacking, and weapons offenses. She also handled variety of cases in municipal court including traffic offenses and DWI.? Let her know that you want to get your relationship on the right track then go from there.. . Forgive your mom for slapping you. It is not something she has made a habit of doing from what you said so she is not an abusive person. Your mom cares about you and it sounds like you care about her. STOP lying and you won't get yourself in situations like this and do what your parents tell you cause they have lived a lot longer than you and looking out for you.. . It is awesome that you have a mother than cares cause a lot of people in the world don't have that.. . USE PROTECTION from now on.
