You know how most jobs you are an at will employee meaning you can be fired at anytime for any* reason.. What are examples of jobs that are not at will if there are any?.

Keep all letter and record any phone calls you make. Send letters by certified mail so you have proof you sent them. DO NOT be afraid to threaten lawsuits if they do not comply. I've helped several people fix problems, plus cleaned up my open report from a lot of wrong information and ID Theft. The threat of a lawsuit is the only thing these guys seem to understand.

Creating letter template in word?

Hi Ya. Youre on the right track here - good job. Residual does mean "left over". Lets look at an example to help you gain perspective.. . Simple sample - Theres an office manager job opening available. The description states the person will be responsible for A, B, C and Dand will report directly to the CEO. That CEO likes to approve employees expense reports (for instance). CEO tells new manager, "You are responsible for everything around here, EXCEPT the expense reports, those come to me". The expense reports are now considered "residual power" - the office manager was given absolute power, with the exception of this one thing. That one "thing" is power being "held back" or is "left over" after all other responsibilities have been designated to someone else,

Health care reform :) ?

My husband's mother passed away yesterday in Washington, DC. My family lives in Illinois. We have to leave tomorrow for her funeral. I have two small children (2 and 4) who will be staying home with friends since we don't want to take them to the funeral. I don't have time to get anything legal drawn up. Can I write a letter stating who will take care of our children if something happens while we are away..like a plane crash, or car accident? I would like to give custody to my mother. Is there a sample letter or form I could go by? I know I need to get a will and get this legal, but can I just do a letter that will be OK, then get a will done when we return? I just don't have time to do anything more before I leave. Thanks!.
