Sample letter - Emergency Holiday?
Well, writing it is EASY. Just get a pen and piece of paper. Writing a VALID will, though, that's harder. That's why you need a lawyer familiar with your particular local laws regarding this. Laws vary, and a will valid in one place, might be completely unvalid in another.
Just get a lawyer in the area where you were born to submit for a name change. We just had 2 this morning in court, people weren't even here, just their lawyer.
Cost of changing name on a driver's license in Illinois ( and additional costs)?

There is this house near me that I am in love with and want. It hasn't been lived in years. I have done my research the owner died in 2007 and she is still the legal owner of the house and the only name on the house. She has family. Her husband and kids want nothing to do with it. Tax assessor says it hasn't been paid for in 3 years. That it's up for fore closer in August of 2007. I know who holds the mortgage, I just don't know where to go from here. I want to get this house as soon as possible. So I guess my question is... Is there anyway to get it now? Or am I stuck waiting for August of 2011? I live in New york and winter is coming. I would like to get this house before it goes through another winter without heat, and takes more damage then it has already. Someone please help me!.
