The legal course would be the most beneficial to you in the long run. You'll learn about what is legal or not, or even what is ethical or not, which can be invaluable information to you. Especially when new in the business, you might have a client ask you to do something that is technically illegal. And, if you didn't know it was illegal but did it anyway, you could get in trouble and maybe even lose your license. So, this course would be the best for protecting your livelihood.. . The other courses look to be aspects of the real estate business that you might pursue to make additional money. The appraisal class could teach you how to become an appraiser. The property management course would teach you how to do that (property managers must be licensed real estate agents). The finance and economics courses would teach you about investing in real estate. And the mortgage course could teach you about becoming a mortgage broker (a friend of mine is a real estate agent and the RE broker is a mortgage broker, too - so he gets the commissions for sales and for securing the financing).. . You can learn about all the other stuff later. But, you really should learn the legal aspects of the business first.
