Yes you can. We are in the same situation. My husband has POA over his brother in Iraq. At his brothers request we have sold his motorcycle, bought him a new one, with a loan, and bought him a new truck, with a loan! Everyone needs copies of the POA, but thats what you have it for!

How much life insurance? The best answer: An amount you can easily afford.. . I've been handling life insurance and estate planning for twenty years, and along the way, I've learned some fundamental truths:. . 1. Some life insurance is better than none, when someone dies and there are people who need cash immediately.. 2. The best kind of life insurance is the kind that is inforce when you die. Period. All other answers to that question come in a distant second.. 3. Nobody ever has too much life insurance when they die. While one can become premium poor, there are exactly zero recent widows/widowers in probate court wondering what to do with all the excess cash. The opposite is the rule: Everyone wishes there was more.. . Here are some ideas to chew on, regarding the amount:. . 1. In a perfect world, the proper amount would be the Human Life Value. I've included a link below that can quickly give you an idea of what that amount is. This is what an attorney would use to determine the value of someone killed in a wrongful death court case.

Hi,. . I wanted to build a web page by self but first need to locate the best sight that offer free domain name and page builder with graphs, etc. I have no experience in web page building but need what guidance as a start. Any suggestion will be welcome..

however the circumstances change as each Motion or Pleading or Discovery request is never identical. Basically, I go through the same motions, but modify it to match the client's fact pattern.. . 2. I recently received my active membership certificate from the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division. I had been a student member for some time, but I am now officially an active member. I also recently put in my application to take the Certified Paralegal Exam. I will also be attending my first Texas Advanced Paralegal Seminar this fall. It is a three-day seminar of amazing legal topics and I am very excited to be a part of it.. . 3. In my case, it doesn't feel any different than working with someone who is not an attorney. All three of my supervising attorneys are humble, down-home, Southern gentlemen. They all treat me as an equal and never talk down to me, which is very rare. I know many paralegals that are employed by ego-tripping maniacs. I feel I am blessed to be employed at this firm. They give me tasks that are above and beyond what my peers are entrusted with. They pay for all my continuing legal education and reward me handsomely at bonus time. As far as working in a construction litigation law firm, the work is fast-paced and not cookie cutter. Many paralegals get to use ProDocs all day. I have to draft every Motion from scratch because this area of law is unique.. . 4. Absolutely, although I don't recommend it for everyone. Often I run into people who consider becoming a paralegal and have no clue what a paralegal does. Often these people envision a secretary and as you can tell from my work load, this is not the case.. . My one bit of advice to aspiring paralegals is stop aiming for the bottom rung of the ladder and start aiming to be a professional. There are so many paralegals that are happy and constantly bragging about not having a college degree (although I have met ANCIENT paralegals with decades of experience, but that is a horse of a different color), not being a member of their local bar association paralegal divisions, boast about not doing continuing legal education and are content with just having a job. There are so many opportunities to truly embrace this profession and become a PROFESSIONAL and not just a trained monkey. I wholly support doing all you can to make yourself stand out and to erase the stigma of "paralegals are just glorified secretaries." Once you surround yourself with other paralegal professionals, you will truly see your potential.

For example, if a married couple has an estate of 6 million, they can pass 4 million to the next generation with no tax if they set up the proper trust arrangement to take advantage of the maximum lifetime unified credits. That leaves 2 million still subject to tax under the current law.

Well you have to approach the office of the Registrar of Marriages, file the application with your Chennai address as work address and your kerala address as permanent address.. Your wife address will be needed. . Do you both have a Pan card. It would be advisable if you both have it.. If not apply for it and you get the same within 15 days through authorised agents.. Now your application and the request will be exhibited on the Notice Board of the Registrar's Office for one month to invite objections from pubic if any. Objections lodged can be overruled by the authority.. Than you will be informed to finalise a suitable date, where you and your would be wife will have to be present with some 3 witnesses from either side. Any one resident in Chennai can be your witness.. The Registrar will solemnise your marriage, have the signatures of the couple registered in their books, and will issue you a certificate for all your future needs, which keep it in safe custody.. A small fee is being charged for the same and it is very negligible.. you may obtain the details for the said Office and the administrator will suitably guide you into it. . Inter caste marriages are now encouraged amongst all communities by the govt. department. Any prospects of harassment from any side to be reported to Police authorities by an FIR.. Hope you would be wife is of marriageable age and not a minor.
