  • Founded in 1997, Kaiser Saurborn & Mair, P.C. is widely recognized for the quality of its representation and its use of uncompromising and rigorous advocacy and dynamic legal strategies to achieve its clients' goals. We have a proven track record of successfully designing and implementing litigation strategies that are individually tailored to serve the needs and objectives of our clients.

The Firm devotes its practice to employment law and complex and high-stakes litigation. The Firm's individual clients include executives, professionals, employees and partners at some of the nation's leading businesses, financial institutions, academic institutions, hospitals, law firms and accounting firms. The Firm also counsels and represents a wide range of businesses, including professional firms, technology companies, developers and owners of real estate and other business clients, in litigation and other business disputes.

Our partners work directly in a one-on-one relationship with our clients to ensure that each receives high-quality, responsive and cost-effective representation designed to achieve the most successful outcome. We believe that first-class representation is rarely achieved by the "layering" of senior, mid-level and junior lawyers that is the hallmark of large-firm client representation. Both the cost-effectiveness and quality of our representation is enhanced by having our partners personally handle a client's case from beginning to end, not merely supervise the work performed by more junior lawyers. Clients select a law firm because of the depth of experience and qualifications of its partners, and we believe that those partners should handle each case directly in a "hands-on" manner.

I have a Associate Degree in Web Design. I created a website for a small town last summer during my internship. I've created websites before but I've never created one for an actual business. There is a guy who wants me to create a website for him selling sunglasses and he asked me how much I would charge him. How much do you think I should charge him?.

Here in the US if a person dies without leaving a will, the government of the state in which the person lived decides what is done with the property left in the estate and to whom it goes after taking their heavy taxes and fees out. Everyone needs a will whether they own a great amount of property or none at all. When a will designates the executor of the estate, the government then can't do whatever it wants with the property and it can't keep the executor fees. Everyone do your heirs a favor and write a will so that the state can't keep your assets. Then after writing the will, keep it current by adding details when time goes by such as, when children are born state exactly to whom they are to be given to raise them when they are still minors, otherwise they might wind up in foster homes. Plan ahead or the state will do it.. . You don't need a lawyer to draw it up either, just list the way you want your property to be distributed after you die. As long as you have it properly notarized by a Notary Public, it is a legal document and can be submitted to a Probate Court. In the US, every AAA (American Automobile Association) office has a notary, as well as other people who can sign as witnesses to seeing you sign the will (They don't have to read the will to sign as witnesses that you are the one making the will.) and they don't charge you if you are a AAA member since it is covered in your membership fees.. . Another way to go is to get Quicken Family Lawyer (or its equivalent) from a computer software distributor. This software has not only the format for making a will, but also other legal documents that can be made as you need them. It takes you step-by-step through each one so that you have a binding legal document at the end, as long as you have it properly notarized and witnessed.

Middle Paragraph(s). The next section of your cover letter should describe what you have to offer the employer. Mention specifically how your qualifications match the job you are applying for. Remember, you are interpreting your resume, not repeating it.

Here is some very good female advise. Sounds like your young, protect your privacy. He may have his friends try to invade your camp, dont let him get away with this. The less he knows the less he can harm you. Change your telephone number, if someone wants your telephone number, get thiers and tell them you will call them back. Put a call block on your line. Get an answering machine that you have a time and date stamp to screen your telephone calls. If the machine is on when your talking and it is known then threats can be recorded and played back now cant they? Change your bank accounts and ask that all his communication to you be by US mail. Keep a copy of those letters so you have a record. Get a safe deposit box. Get a post office box so that your the only one with a key. Shread all personal mail so that your trash can not be sifted through for information without your knowing it. Put privacy passwords on your utility bills and medical records, credit records so that he cant call in to have your utility bills shut off. Make sure that anything which you depend on are in your name not his so he cant shut off your utilities on you. The passwords are so he cant call in or have another female call in to gain information without your permission. Put credit protection notice on your credit files so he cant use another female to use your lines of credit. Simply write certified mail to your creditors and say you want your credit to be protected and explain your situation. Some companies charge for this but you can do it yourself for free. TransAmerica, Experian, and Equifax are the credit reporting companies. You can get thier address online. He is not with you so he has no business to information to your life and now on the other hand, dont give his life so much power over your own. Last ask your own family not to give him the time of day or comment anything about your life, including your telephone number, what goes on in your home or what you do or where your at during any given time.
