  • For more than twenty-five years, Mr. Saurborn has represented clients throughout the United States facing a wide variety of complex legal problems, both locally and abroad. Mr. Saurborn began his professional legal career as a law clerk for a federal judge at both the trial and appellate levels, which provided a rare and early opportunity to develop experience in federal trial and appellate practice and to become intimately involved in the internal handling and disposition of actions in the federal courts. For several years thereafter, he worked at a large international law firm renowned for its corporate and litigation practice, and then at a smaller boutique litigation firm where he continued to refine and expand his knowledge and skills representing mainly corporate and institutional clients in a variety of financial, corporate and real estate transactions, disputes and litigation.

During the past decade, Mr. Saurborn has focused his practice primarily on disputes and issues arising out of the employment relationship, including hiring, termination and compensation. He also has substantial and extensive knowledge and experience in matters involving closely held business entities, unfair competition, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, and has continued to represent clients, both in court and elsewhere, with other complex legal matters. Mr. Saurborn has developed a substantial expertise concerning medical-legal issues, including the education, training, employment and discipline of physicians, medical malpractice, and the business and administrative aspects of medicine and medical practice.

Mr. Saurborn is an honors graduate of both Vanderbilt University and the New York Law School, where he was also the Editor-in-Chief of the New York Law School Journal of International and Comparative Law. He is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey, in the federal district courts in both states, and before the United States Courts of Appeal for the Second and Third Circuits.

Mr. Saurborn has been named to the list of New York Super Lawyers, a listing of the top attorneys in New York.

  • Founded in 1997, Kaiser Saurborn & Mair, P.C. is widely recognized for the quality of its representation and its use of uncompromising and rigorous advocacy and dynamic legal strategies to achieve its clients' goals. We have a proven track record of successfully designing and implementing litigation strategies that are individually tailored to serve the needs and objectives of our clients.

The Firm devotes its practice to employment law and complex and high-stakes litigation. The Firm's individual clients include executives, professionals, employees and partners at some of the nation's leading businesses, financial institutions, academic institutions, hospitals, law firms and accounting firms. The Firm also counsels and represents a wide range of businesses, including professional firms, technology companies, developers and owners of real estate and other business clients, in litigation and other business disputes.

Our partners work directly in a one-on-one relationship with our clients to ensure that each receives high-quality, responsive and cost-effective representation designed to achieve the most successful outcome. We believe that first-class representation is rarely achieved by the "layering" of senior, mid-level and junior lawyers that is the hallmark of large-firm client representation. Both the cost-effectiveness and quality of our representation is enhanced by having our partners personally handle a client's case from beginning to end, not merely supervise the work performed by more junior lawyers. Clients select a law firm because of the depth of experience and qualifications of its partners, and we believe that those partners should handle each case directly in a "hands-on" manner.

Not exactly. You beg the question that God is the only entity that can create. He isn't. We humans can create too. That's part of our free will.. . We create the condition of evil / the absense of good, not God.

Yes this is a very achievable goal. You can get past the DTI issues by having a nice income yourself and by using your rental income from the properties. This should be enough income, especially if you are renting out all of the units, you have a great credit score and you are putting down decent sized down payments on the property. The less you put down the higher your payments will be and the higher your DTI will be as well. . . Yes some investors do simply go stated and take the rate bump for stated. For an investment property going stated on a multi-unit property you will most likely need around a 30 percent down payment.

How do you send a letter of recommendation to multiple MBA programs?

Can somebody help me find the original Technical Service bulletin #05-006 for the 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid? I need the actual announcement or letter from Honda. Thanks!. It may also be TSB 06-005, depending on how they sort them.. The official name for the issue was "Audio System - Front Speaker Humming and or Booming Noise". It should be dated ~March of 2006.

Hi Ali118. . The main goal of the cover letter is to get the reader to read your resume and invite you to an interview. You do this by linking your experience and skills with what the company requires for that position.. . As such, focus on talking about what the company wants (you can get this by phoning them and asking for a detailed job description). Try to address their job requirements and highlighting how your experience has helped you gain the necessary skills.. . You are going to repeat some of your resume, but this should be done in a more conversational tone - whereas in your resume you might have bullet points, in your cover letter it should be written out and explained. It should also only be repeated to highlight how it will help you address problems that the company is facing, or how it has helped you gain a skill that the company is looking for.. . Some points to remember:. * Talk in their language - when describing their problems, use their *exact* words as much as possible. Many times the people reading your resume are HR managers who might not be very well versed in the jargon of your industry. They are looking for familiar keywords and phrases given to them by the person advertising the job.. * Peak their interest - Tell them why your experience will allow you to do the job.. . I hope that helps.. . I usually recommend that if you are unsure about writing resumes or cover letters that you get a professional resume writing service to put one together for you. A good cover letter writing service can make the difference between getting the interview or not. You can check the source box for a link to a summary of one of these services.
