letter of appreciation...help?

can anyone explain to me what C++ is in very simple terms? i looked it up on google and it kept using terms that I had no idea what they meant like "classes, virtual functions, operator overloading, multiple inheritance, templates, and exception handling". . I have never done computer programming before and want to take a class on it. but I can't wrap my head around the idea of what it even is because of all the confusing terms. thanks!.

Where or how can you get a pay for delete agreement/letter?
