• Evan Weintraub is a partner in our Litigation Department, having joined the firm in 1992. He practices in the area of general commercial litigation, including general breach of contract disputes, employment disputes, partnership disputes, construction, business torts, multi-forum litigation and other forms of complex litigation. Mr. Weintraub has represented small to mid-sized companies and high net worth individuals in New York federal and state courts, at both the trial and appellate levels and in numerous other state and federal courts throughout the United States. He has also represented clients in AAA and other private arbitrations, as well as in private mediations. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Weintraub was an auditor for Arthur Andersen & Co. specializing in audits of small to mid-sized companies in a wide range of industries. Mr. Weintraub received his JD in 1991 from Brooklyn Law School and a BS in Accounting, cum laude, in 1985 from New York University. That's a real good question real good because they all have auto immunity from any wrong doing. The rest of the officers that should investigate a bad cop wont they will protect him instead. No matter what he did. Cut and dry then serve the victim with PD retribution for just thinking of seeking legal justice. If know a few officers that is performing criminal activity's on a daily basis's to this very day its going on so much it became a routine habit to do what he is doing but there is no one ears to listen to you. If you snitch on him you'lll be ignored then targets. Because they all fall death ears to protect the good the bad the ugly if he is a officer. I guess what he been doing so much has become routine maybe he forgotten its totally illegal what he repeating doing. Or his Arrogance grew bigger than his noise like all officers do over time he just don't care if its illegal. So you cant say a word or your the next target.. Even when there is proven right about him. So the officer gets yet another freebie to abuse his power in your case to bad a poor child is the victim If you report this to the Federal congressmen atterny general office dont think for one minute the auto immunity goes away they will just go through the usual pretend investigation process let the accoused make the decion of innocant then the general office will close the case and clear the officer of any wrong doing case closed. Why is this because Law enforcment dont investigate law enforcment departments thats why the bad applys grow in the clan at such a alarming rate. If anyone tells you they do investigate really do then they just told you the first big lie in the investigation theres a clue in itself that the officer is garantted to be cleared
