lawyer Serebnick, Barry J. Reviews

i need a request time off work letter written?

I need to draft a letter which will be signed by my landlord and myself (tenant) stating that I will not be held financially accountable for repairs made to the property from this day, until the termination of the lease agreement. How should I write it? is they're any special language I should use? Is having the document notarized enough to make it legally binding? thank you.

*Obsession with alphabetical and numerical order -- feeling uneasy if items or words are not arranged in such an order. *Inability to write a certain letter or word without losing train of thought.

How do i write up a business plan?

What you need is a model release, not a 'photography disclaimer.' The American Society of Media Photographers has a good release form available on their website, with placeholder text that you can replace to suit your own situation. Considering your unfamiliarity with this sort of thing, having a lawyer review the finished document for you would be a Very Good Thing.. . You will need a different release form for adult models

I have to write a cover letter for an application. I'm wondering what would be something good to write down? I am applying for a position as a preschool teacher..
