You will not be able to print on carbon paper with either a laser or ink jet printer.. Why not just use the invoice formats available in QB, and print an extra copy or two if you need them. Much easier than trying to do what you are asking

The answer that said that if the property is seized for non-payment of property taxes and then sold is correct. Once a property is seized for non payment of taxes and is sold at an auction, all other liens are wiped out. Each state has different time frames: in Michigan, if your taxes are delinquent for 3 years, you cannot redeem it and you surrender the property.. . The only exception may be IRS liens, but that is something to talk to an attorney about. Mortgages are gone!. . There was a property in our area that was going into foreclosure about 4 years ago. My broker was contacted by the mortgage holder to watch the property (this was in the pre-foreclosure period) and let them know if the property was occupied or vacant. One day driving by, we saw a tax foreclosure/auction sign in the front yard. We contacted someone at the bank and they did not seem concerned. So we sent them a letter, return receipt requested, and told them about the sign and the auction. Fast forward 90 days, the property goes up for tax sale and the bank does not send a representative to the auction to purchase the property. An investor purchases the property for about $10,000 (the property was worth about $130,000 and the mortgage was for about $110,000). Bank is **** out of luck. Someone from the bank contacted us screaming, yelling and threatening lawsuit until we faxed them a copy of the letter, a copy of the return receipt, the name of the person we spoke to the first time, etc. Turns out the loan had been sold three times and the municipality and the county were never notified of the change so although they sent out delinquent tax notices to the bank, they were sent to the lienholder of record which was about two banks back.. So you really own the property, although you may have to file a suit to quiet title (which is a simple thing to do) after purchasing.

as a social off road buggy club we use private property for our outings the owner is worried about being sued if someone has an accident,as a club we have been unable to obtain public liability insurance that we can afford, if we lease the property can he be held responsible? also does a lease agreement need to be registered?.

Once you have created the file - Save it as "Word Template" or "Word Macro Enabled Template". You will find these options when you goto the Option "Save As Type"

Scan a document, need to make a template in Microsoft Office Word 2003?

that one does not need power or money to be successful, but rather a drive to get there
