Where can I find online free templates for a legal business contract?
ok, I have a NC state title on my car, I am going to trade a guy in virginia for his car, In virginia you don't have to get the title notarized, both parties just sign the title and you're good to go, but, in NC you have to get a notary to sign, my question is, i'm planning on meeting this guy half way to make the trade of the vehicle. Does the buyer have to be present for the notary? or can i get it notarized here in NC, meet him half way, and then sign the title over to him??.
"I regretted that you would have been better if you had written them in English, not in French, to let others understand more easily.. I wish you met a good person.".
