A good resume cannot get you a job

    PHP Conditional statement within variable?

You can speak to a lawyer or a certified financial planner. Both are qualified to set up the trust for you. They will probably charge about $200.

Does anybody know where you have to go to change your last name properly?.

too informal for that. Hope this helps. (Yes, I think you always should have some kind of greeting.)

in the beginning of December of 2009, I began working for a local tattoo shop.. the agreement was: I clean, take calls, and talk with and help customers. in exchange for my work, I get paid $10/hour in tattoos.. I worked there for about a month and half, two days a week, and totaled 77 hours of work time before she let me go (due to lack of business). so according to our agreement, I had racked up $770 worth of tattoos.. I didn't get around to seeing her until May, where she told me I "didn't deserve the full $770 because I didn't do work the entire time I was there everyday." (like it's my fault there wasn't anything to clean...?). we talked about an idea and she told me to get a hold of her when it was solid.. I forgot for another couple months and finally contacted her last month. she's now telling me, on top of the money she took away from me, that it's her pick on what tattoos will be going on my body.. I can assure that this was never the original agreement, as she says it is.. . so, with that information known, does anyone have any idea on how to help me? has anyone been in a bind like this? or gone to court over a disagreement on a verbal contract?. my mom suggested going to the district attorney, but I don't want to have to pay more for the lawyer than I'm going to get from the case. I also really don't want to just forget about this. I worked there, and took time away from the other two jobs I have where I make actual money, so I could get free tattoos..
