The letter should be addressed to the final person it is intended to reach. If they have an assistant that opens their mail, there is no reason to include the assistant in the address. The mail will automatically go to their attention.

Cover letter is not required but think like a hiring manager, he gets in some cases 100s of resumes some with cover letters. Many people, since you said you?ve applied for 100s of positions maybe yourself, send cover letters and resumes that would work for any company and position.. . I?ve seen objectives that say. . Objective: To get a professional position.. . What does that mean? Does this person even know what business the company is in? What position are they applying for, secretary or CEO?. . Yes, include a cover letter with every application, say what position you want and why you are qualified, be specific. Adjusted your entire resume for the position you are applying. Adjust your objective to reflect the position you are applying and adjust your duties in your work history to show why your qualified for the new position. For example, you may have been the best at repairing computers at you old job but that means little if your looking to manage a large group of people, instead focus on your people skills and organization skills.

Problem 3: Oh, yeah. I dropped out of college (That's UK college, post-16 education, not American equivalent-to-university college) after completing my AS levels. My grades failed because I wasn't interested in the subjects. Which leads me to...

I want to change the name on my Social Security card. I'm already married and I've already changed it from my maiden name to my married name, so it reads First Name / Middle Name / Married Name.. . Now, I want to change it to show as follows:. . FN / MN / Maiden Name / Married Name. . Is there anything else I need to do legally? I just like my maiden name as much as my married name since it's unusual and am quite proud of it and my heritage.. . I don't think it matters too much at the moment since I live in the UK (6yrs now) and unless I change what my legal documents here say then I'm okay in the US. But I could be wrong..

I have an idea for a website. I know some programming but would need another programmer to help me. If I hire a programmer to build it, what languages should they be proficient at in order to build this website? I'm not referring to a regular business website that can be built from a preexisting template using basic web design techniques. I'm talking about an original website, something like let's say Tumblr or reddit.. . Also, once I share the idea with the programmer, how do I prevent them from taking my idea and creating their own website with my idea? Does a non-disclosure agreement and a non-compete clause legally prevent them from doing that? What are the limitations of these contracts?. . And how do you register a website?.

I need to create a business proposal 2-4 pages long. HELP!!.
