• Megann Senfleben Hendrix is an associate at Becker, Hickey & Poster, S.C. and practices family law, estate planning, and elder law. She received her B.A. from Saint Louis University (2007, magna cum laude) and her J.D. from Marquette University Law School (2010, top 25%).

  Megann focused her legal course work on family law, appellate practice and dispute resolution techniques, such as mediation and negotiation. She is a certified family law mediator and a trained collaborative family law professional.

  During law school, she was the Associate Justice for National Moot Court Competition on the Moot Court Executive Board. She competed in the Evan A. Evans Constitutional Law Competition, where her team advanced to the Octofinals and Megann was ranked 19th out of 80 competitors in oral arguments. She was also one of 16 students to be invited to compete in the Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition held at Marquette University Law School.? i was adopted by my step dad at age 10, so they changed my last name to his .. but my mother is no longer with him, even tho i consider him my dad cuz he raised me since i was 3.. my biological dad tells me now to change it back to my natural birth name ... when he's the one that signed over parental rights .. the issue is that my real pop says since i'm in his will under his last name when he passes i wont get anything becuz i dont have his last name .. my birth certificate has my real first n last name on top then my name change on the bottom .. ?? what to do what to do ? please sumone answer !!.

Tear it up.. . Write another documents revoking it.. . The one trick is making sure there is no one out there who has seen the power of attorney but doesn't know it was revoked.
