    Our Story

A number of years ago, back in the late ‘80s, I was involved in a family business that was facing serious financial problems. In the end, the decision was made to file bankruptcy for the business. At the time the business bankruptcy was filed, my father became ill and I took on the responsibility of taking the business through the Chapter 11 filing process. During that period, I befriended the bankruptcy judge involved in the case and made the decision to go to law school specifically to become a bankruptcy lawyer. After clerking for this same bankruptcy judge and working in a larger firm, I decided to strike out on my own. I saw first hand how bankruptcy lawyers treated their clients. I wanted to emulate what I saw and do an even better job to help people get through the trying bankruptcy process. – James Miller

I put a letter in the mail today (Sunday). I put it in the USPS mailbox at my local post office.. . I need the letter back. I do not want it mailed. I mailed an item from an ebay auction and I found out it was fraud. I'm just trying to protect myself and not lose my money.. . Can I go to the post office in the morning and request the letter out of the mailbox? Or, once it is in the mailbox does it have to be delivered? Can I just provide my photo ID to prove it is me in the return address label?. . Just trying to figure out if I lost the money or if I can save it.. . Thanks..

can i trust this site?

Does any one have any free free color contacts?? idc what color!!!!.

You can try to look up on the Internet the name of the prison, put the state in to, to get the correct prison. Then you can either contact them on line or they will have a number, make sure you ask for the warden or the assistant , you may be able to get ahold of someone in the medical department, but to my knowledge they won't help much. You will probably have to call early in the morning. The prison system is not very caring or helpful, you have to be persistent, cause they are a**holes!
