wht is a cover letter ?wt r all the things to be specified in a cover letter?
I was just curious as to how much is costs to have your name changed in the state of Florida?. Also, I was wondering if anyone could offer any further information referring to the process I have to go through to get it legally changed.. If it helps any, I only want to change my last name, not my entire name,.
I'd be concerned with the reason she hasn't registered a litter that's at least 8 weeks old. It's a process that takes less than 5 minutes online to do, and everyone can squeeze that into their busy schedule. I agree that there are often cases when a breeder will hold back the papers for proof of a spay/neuter, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. Make sure your contract clearly states that you will receive your registration papers in a specified amount of time, and a specific remedy in the event that it does not happen. . ADD: And the litter registration papers do NOT take 6-8 weeks to come when they're registered online. I've never had them take more than a week
States differ as to how many witnesses are required, and whether a notary is required. I'd get everything witnessed by three people and notarized, if you plan on using it in multiple different states.
