You have just become emplyed as a socialworker for a child wlefare agency that provides children with adoption services and other needs. However, 1 moth after you are hired, they contemplate cutting all funding to the agency becasue they do not see a need for it's services. The agency is allowed to make one presentation to convince the funding source that the funded is in fact needed. When you go trhough the company's records to see what you can scrape up, the records are in total dissaray. You are on your own. What do you do and where do you look for records that prove that we do infact need the funding and their is a need for out services..

I need to prepare a legal document that requires a former employee to return all digitalized property of the c

you can do this in access database which will be a no brainer.. you can bind the data from the form to the query/table. access database is very user friendly with a lot of wizards.. . use the wizard.

Suing should never be done without creating a strong papertrail of the violations. . If your mom decides to sue them for speaking to you about her account, even though you would have to provide a certified affidavit of the truth of that call, the collector could claim bona fide error in making the call and could possibly walk, leaving your mom to pay court costs.. Unless you have strong proof (taped the call, if your state allows it) that you informed the collector in that call that you are not your mom, she doesn't live there, etc. she needs to build a stronger case.
