The Chief Planning Officer. Extown Borough Council. County Offices. Extown. . Proposals regarding the building of a new hospital in Oakwood Park.. . Dear Sir,. . The local press has announced the fact that the council proposes to build a new hospital on the land in Oakwood park.. As the secretary of the local Residents' Association I have been asked to convey the general dismay caused by this proposal. . Whilst there is no doubt that the present hospital has become a positive embarassement, due to its age and limited size, and it needs replacing by a modern structure, the choice of this location is a grave error and shows a total lack of foresight.. To start with the site is highly unsuitable for such a huge development which necessitates a much larger piece of land as it is bound to expand. The Victorian Ophthalmic hospital is also outdated and impractical, and it is known that the powers that be intend it to be transferred to the same site as that of the proposed general hospital.

As for the reporting period, if it has been longer than 7 years then SBC's followed the FCRA by removing the account from your credit reports and Asset cannot legally place it back on.. . If the letter you received is the first contact you had received from Asset and you are still within the first 30 days from receiving it, then Asset "must" cease all collections until they provide validation - if you send the letter within the first 30 days.. .
