Im hoping for a real mix of suggestions so havent said what the letter is about.. . The letters are:. * asking for help with something. * possibly asking to investigate a matter. * to someone who receives many letters or many like this. * to people who have the influence on decision makers.

My new name - deed poll?
I'm selling my car in Nebraska and I've been doing some research. I know you don't need an official bill of sales, but I got a template from the Nebraska DMV website anyway. In the past I've done it on notebook paper! But on the template form there's a box for a public notary to sign off on the sale. Seeing that got me worried so I did a little more research. In a list of things to include on the Bill of Sales it does say to include a notary, but is this mandatory or just optional? I've bought 2 used cars from private owners in the last 5 years, the last one was about 2 years ago, and have never had to do this before..
