I just install Joomla! today but I cannot find a good place to download templates. I am making a Joomla! website for my company. I can find modules in its official but not templates. Where can I find Joomla! templates? Is there an official website for Joomla! templates?.

Yes, your marriage license and certificate serve as a means to verifying identity in the case of name change. You might have some difficulty changing it because it has been five years since you were married.

sample application letter to change status from bachelor to family status in the company?

This is not a scholarly resource, but it is a true story. My neighbor had to take early retirement in order to survive. Not eligible for Medicaid until age 65, she couldn't afford $400+ a month for medical insurance (it would have been almost 40% of income). Yet, her monthly income was $36 more than the maximum allowed for Medicaid. She has had heart issues for years, but couldn't do anything about it because of not being able to afford medical treatment.

Every situation is different and yes sometimes it is ok to keep a child away from their grandparents. Your case seems like it might be one of those. You can't have a grandma bullying you into visits any time she wants. You have your own time and schedule and you do let her see the child, so you're going to have to be firm with her and tell her she'll see the child when YOU can and decide to arrange it. Secondly you cannot have someone telling your kid you killed his father. That's way beyond the line and even if she's not telling him directly (yet), he's probably hearing it anyway. Finally she threatened you out of your rights after your husband's death and that is not ok. Sounds to me like she will be threatening you to withhold your son's college education whenever she can. Have you demanded any proof that your son would get this college money? Has she opened a blocked account under his name and put the money in? Has she signed a document saying she would pay for it? I am guessing not. I suggest you demand she opens the account now. You can threaten to sue her for lying about the reasons behind your signing the rights away on a notarized document. You can prove easily that you have held jobs if that's the case. You may even be able to threaten to sue back to get the control again. You can come up with lots of reasons such as her not being mentally stable (use the OCD and suicide threats to that effect. I am not saying you should go ahead with all of this, it is rather ugly, but you can use it as leverage to get the account for your son's college.. Finally: document, document and document. Document every visit your son makes to his grandma. Keep the dates and times and places in a journal. Keep receipts for petrol, train, plane, restaurants, shopping, anywhere he goes to with his grandmother. Record phone calls and keep a log of every call she makes to you and what is being said. If she does sue for visitation, you will then easily be able to prove the child sees her regularly already and that she is threatening you and emotionally abusing you to get what she wants. You can then explain that is the reason why you are unwilling to let her alone with the child. Also write down in the journal your son's behaviour after he comes back from his grandma's. Keep it simple and factual: what, when. What is he saying? What is he doing? How long after the visit? For how long does the behaviour continue?. . EDIT: check if the grandparents rights law is still in place where you are. If not, then just cut off the links once you've had your son's college sorted. I am in Ireland myself and grandparents can go to court for access to children here.. . I hope this helps.
