estate planning

Most estate planning lawyers are like that. Your lawyer probably has had many experiences about "anything" that might come up after all the taxes and filing fees have been paid. Who knows? A creditor might suddenly appear and start demanding for payment. Without that $15,000 reserve, you'd be responsible for paying off that debt because you're the one who's been appointed as executor of your friend's will.

Has anyone changed their name by deed poll?

Dementia, doctors, and signing mental incapacity papers?

can anyone give me an example of a lyrical poem in letter form?

If you do obtain a land loan in the purchase of the land, you might inquire if this land loan lender would allow you to add a clause that would indicate they would subordinate to a new first mortgage in the event you would want to build on the property. This is a very important clause, as the lender that would lend on the construction phase would want to be in the first position.

My sister and her husband are getting divorced. While talking with my in-laws about the situation I mentioned that her estranged husband wants to sell the house, and would sell it right from udnerneath her if he could. But since her name is on the deed he can't. Her name is not on any loans...she has horrible credit and wasn't able to include her name in the loan. My in-laws keep telling me its impossible for her to be on the deed but have no responsibility to the loan. They keep telling me her name HAS to be on the loan or she wouldn't be able to be on the deed. Well, I KNOW they are not right and I just can't find any info to back myself up. Can someone tell me where I can find this information. I tried looking all over the internet but I must not be looking right. We're in MA BTW....and my sister told me that her name is not on any loans....just the deed.
