I'm 17 and i recently moved out of my parents house, my mother doesent approve and is being difficult everyway possible. I was able to get my clothes, belongings, etc. But none of ym identification (Social security card, Indian card, Birth certificate) the only thing i have is my permit (dont have a license yet). I really need my cards and everything so i can reopen my bank account, fill out applications, etc. Tried the police but they said she can keep them and its between me and her, i tried reasoning but she wont give them to me. Any help? Where i could get new ones? or anything at all will be really appreciated. The main reason im asking this is because i recieve social security money through my real dad, and its put in her name, and she wont give me the check, so i need all my cards to switch it over to my name. HELP..
