One of our customers requested a donation from us, for their annual Holiday party. We accepted and will be sending them a donation, but my boss wants me to attach a letter. I'm not very good with writing formal letters to our companys. Can someone tell me where I could find a template for that kind of letter, or where I should start?.

What is the best course of action if I want to change my name but am also planning on moving to another state? Do I wait 2 months in my current state so all of the processes can occur, then move? Or do I move, then wait 6 months so I have permanent residency and change my name in my new state? Also, if I stay in tx, where I am, how long will it take for name change w/o marriage at the maximum? Would rather move sooner than later but also would rather change name sooner than later.... Can an informal name change be used to rent an apt, get a job, etc? B/c if so then I would prefer to move first. Also I am moving to New York. I just don't know if it would be worth all the trouble to move, rent an apt, get a job, then have to change my name on everything..
