You got another beer?

many years ago i bought a mare off a bloke who buys and sells horses, and the horse has the same name as mine (he just named all the horses after the person who was coming to inspect them) and ofcourse, i wasnt able to find out what her name was before the man owned her, so i needed to change it.. the best way to get your horse to accept the name change is... call out her new name everytime you want to feed her... if you have a feed scoop, put pellets in it an call your horse by her new name... she'll come when you call out her name... because she thinks she's been getting fed... thats the only way i've ever got an old horse to respond to a new name.

I am applying for two positions in finance. Basically like A/R, A/P, & Payroll. Anyways I have about a year of experience in banking and a couple years experience in Administration. I need a really good letter of interest. Can anyone type one up and basically give me an example? Please no rude comments! Thanks!.

I can't pay all the money for an attorney to do for me and need to know the laws that apply in this case. I heard that you do not have to pay the mortgage while waiting for the approval and they have to specify in advance the amouth to be paid for the loan mod. Is that true? The ask me for a letter of hardship, w2 that not even ready, and 2 past bank statements. I do not live there anymore because I could not afford the 1900 a month mortgage so I had to rent for 1150. i CANNOT COVER THE DIFFERENCE SINCE i AM UNEMPLOYED. I also ask them to send me copies of the note, deed etc and never got it. Please send me link for my research and samples of hardship letter will be great. Thanks a lot!.

No, Obama has never said anything about a "free" health care plan. He is talking about creating a low-cost insurance plan whereby all Americans would have at least minimal health care insurance (see attached link for an outline of the plan). Although some truly poor people would receive "free" health care, as they do now, most people would pay into the system just like they do into Social Security. I put the word "free" in quotes above because even the poorest of people buy things, which means they pay sales taxes. So no one really gets anything for free.

ho do i write a 30 day notice to my lanlord?
