What type of attorney is needed for estate issues with siblings after father's passing?

If your landlord decides to try to evict you, he or she must go to court and file a "complaint for eviction." This is usually filed in small claims court. You will be served with a copy of the complaint. It may be sent by certified mail or the sheriff may deliver it to you or leave it at your residence. The complaint will state the reasons eviction is being sought and the amount of money claimed, and will set a date for you to appear in court. You should get at least five days notice before the hearing. If you do not you may ask the court for a continuance. Often the suit will be dismissed if the rent owed, together with any late fees due and court costs, is paid before the court hearing. Be sure to go to court at the scheduled time! This is your opportunity to present any defenses to the landlord's claim.

easily explain. contracts involve with the legal law and u usually made a contract (between 2 entities) in front of a law people (i think it is a lawyer but u need to check again). . agreements can be done verbally.. it is just a decision made between individuals in term of profit to each other. remember, it is just based on trust.... . so, contracts definitely is an agreement since contract involves an understanding of individuals (but in a written form and based on law). . while agreements are not possibly to be contract since the law is not involved in the making of agreemtn.... . understand what i mean??

Not having seen the letter, it is difficult to definitively say yes or no either way.. . However, if you have not accepted goods, monies, training or other services from the employer by signing the letter, and its not a military job offer (different employment laws apply), then yes probably you can easily extract yourself.. . You need to call the hiring manager, and explain your reasons to them. Think: it may just be nerves or unanswered questions that creating a lost opportunity? If you have had a counter offer from your existing employer, be aware that only 2/3rds of employees are there after 12months once a counter offer is made - something else apart from money or power made them want to seek pastures new.. . If you decide to go through with this, then you need to prepare a suitable letter rescinding your offer acceptance letter. Send this via Post Office recorded delivery, together with the original copy of the signed offer acceptance letter (making sure you take copies of each before sending them).. . Good Luck!
