Is this like a shopping list - or something to give to a client? If you've got MS Publisher, there are loads of templates in the program - and loads more to download. If you haven't, no worries - get a free Live Mail account - and use the 'Cloud' version of MS office on line.. Failing that get the Open Office suite (just Google it) and you'll be able to get a template there. Both of which, BTW, allow for heavy editing - so you will be able to create your own bespoke form :). Hope this helps.

I am enquiring about a job. I do not know the name of the person or if they are male or female.. . How do i write a formal letter to them?. . A template would be great..

You cannot do an anonymous formal letter of complaint, or the management can just say, "Well, we don't know who raised these complaints, so we can't address them.". . Write out your complaint clearly, giving times and dates of when these events occurred, such as the manager cursing and yelling at you and your son. Explain how long you have waited to get your door fixed.. . A sneaky, yet legal thing to do at the bottom of your letter, after your signature, is to add "CC: Attorney". This hints that you are making a copy for your lawyer, and implies that you will sue them if your needs are not met. You could also "CC" the local tenants' rights group or advocacy group.. Only if you do not get your issues addressed, or they escalate, should you actually copy in these folks - but at least you will have warned the manager that you planned to do so.. . Good luck!

Law school usually takes 3 years of full-time study to complete, and the degree you get is either a Juris Doctor (JD) or a Bachelor of Laws (LLB, or BCL in Quebec). Some universities offer combined law and business administration programs that result in the JD or LLB and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees.
