Writers block. What social inequalities do you see in education? Give examples. What do you propose that he do about it? Why do you feel that you should write to Arnold and what prompted you to write?

I am currently a Sole Proprietor in Georgia. I have a friend working with/under me in my business right now. I am thinking about hiring another friend whom I have known for many years as an independent contractor for the summer so I can focus on growing my business. My questions is that I'm considering forming an LLC to have more protection for my business. Since I have/will only have independent contractors working for me do I need unemployment insurance? Also, how hard is it to form an LLC in Georgia. I'm currently an engineering student and this is a part time business if that makes any difference.
