  • John Hanley is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. He attended Saint Xavier High School and obtained his undergraduate and law degrees from nationally ranked Georgetown University, located in Washington D.C. After graduating from law school,?he began his career with Greenebaum Doll & McDonald, PLLC, one of the largest, most well-respected firms in Kentucky and its surrounding region.

In 1997,?Mr. Hanley?teamed with Michael A. Valenti to form the law firm now known as Valenti Hanley & Robinson, PLLC. The firm has grown from three attorneys to its current ten.

Mr. Hanley practices civil litigation for both the plaintiff and defendant with an emphasis on general business litigation, employment litigation, equine litigation, and insurance defense. Over the years, his primary clients have been insurance companies, local businesses, banks, and individuals involved in business or employment disputes.

Mr Hanley also practices in the area of corporate formation and business transactions having represented both sellers and purchasers of business entities.

During the course of his career, Mr. Hanley has obtained significant trial experience in both State and Federal Courts and has litigated hundreds of cases.

Mr. Hanley's first goal for any client is aggressive representation but with an eye on the economics at stake in the matter. Too often clients end up with legal bills that are greater then the amount at issue in a dispute. While sometimes this situation is unavoidable, Mr. Hanley first strives to achieve quick, economic, and satisfactory resolution to any dispute before engaging in full blown litigation. If a matter is not able to be resolved at the outset, he stands ready to litigate a matter to judgment.

Mr. Hanley is also active in the community. He presently is a member of the Louisville Bar Association and Kentucky Derby Museum Board of Directors, and serves as a commissioner for the city of Glenview Hills.? He also formerly served on the Board of Directors of both Actors Theatre of Louisville and the Louisville Bar Association,?and?is also a member of Holy Trinity parish where he also coaches soccer and basketball.

  • After graduating from some of the highest ranked law schools in the country, Michael Valenti, John Hanley and Mark Robinson, the partners of VHR, began their careers at large, well-established, regional law firms in Louisville, Kentucky. During their tenure at these firms, they were required to consistently meet and exceed the expectations of the most demanding of clients by providing the highest quality legal representation.

While working at these larger firms, the partners of VHR saw the need for an innovative law firm offering unparalleled legal representation across many practice areas combined with the personal client time and attention that only a smaller firm could provide. Since its inception, VHR has experienced gradual, sustained growth through the addition of lawyers with a wide range of experience and backgrounds.

VHR is AV-rated* under Martindale-Hubbell's peer review rating system.

VHR currently consists of nine attorneys dedicated to successfully serving the best interests of each and every one of its clients. Because of VHR's lower overhead structure and other cost efficiencies, we are often able to partner with clients by offering flexible fee structures and other creative working arrangements that larger firms are not typically willing or able to provide.

VHR has successfully prosecuted and defended various cases though the trial and appellate levels.

*CV, BV, and AV are registered certification marks of Reed Elsevier Properties Inc., used in accordance with the Martindale-Hubbell certification procedures, standards, and policies.?Martindale-Hubbell is the facilitator of a peer review rating process. Hispanics I know go by their fathers last name instead of their mothers last name. Ex Antonio Martinez Castillo, They would go by Antonio Martinez since that is their fathers name and not by Castillo which is their mothers last name. This is because it's the fathers name that is supposed to move on that's why a woman's name change after marriage instead of the mans.

Well, Ive already asked a physician that I know for a letter of recommendation. She agreed to type one for me, but she wanted to know how I wanted the layout of the letter.

you know of course California is a no fault state. so infidelity is not a reason that can be stated for dissolution of marriage. just fraud or irreconcilable differences ( of which 99% of the people file under ).

Cheerleader Mom:. . Send a "debt validation letter" to these creeps. The statute of limitations has expired years ago and legally they can't take you to court or even report it to the credit bureaus. These collection companies will send these letters out on old debts they have purchased trying to see if they will get a response. If they get none after 30 days from the date they mailed it, then they report it to the credit bureaus. Here is a template of a letter you could use:.
