After being a felony prosecutor for over six years, I have decided to use my skills and knowledge of criminal law to help people obtain the best possible outcomes when they find themselves in trouble with the law. In my last position I prosecuted narcotics crimes and prescription fraud exclusively for four years, and for the last 2 and half years I prosecuted everything from theft, arson, robbery and murder. My family and I have lived in Louisville, Kentucky our whole lives. Even when I was away in Atlanta at the country's 30th best law school in the country, I was an always a proud Louisvillian. I attended the University of Louisville on a full academic scholarship and continue to contribute as a volunteer there when the opportunity arises.

I am looking for a job but have been out of the working world for some time. My resume is outdated and I need a new one that will give me the edge I need to get my foot in the door. I need a FREE website that will help me to develop a outstanding resume for free. If you know of one please let me know..

Yes, it would look much better to say she is a long time friend. But long time should only be a period of five years or longer.

I don't think it's rude. Afterall it's the name YOU are gonna have to live with for the rest of your life. Since your mom is overly sensitive it will hurt her feelings very much. Some mothers wont care if their child changes their name but it seems like she put extra thought and meaning into yours. She obviously loved your great grandmother very much that she honored her by naming you after her. If you change your name it will probably hurt for a while. I don't think there is anything wrong with the name Olivia. In fact, I think it's a very pretty name. You could always just go by a nickname anyways. There's is absolutely nothing wrong with your initials. They aren't calling you zombie because they think you're anything like one, they just thought it tied in to your initials so don't be offended by it. If it makes you feel any better my sister had to grow up with the initials VAG so yours are perfectly normal compared to hers lol

In some states including Maharashtra the name of a person is changed after publication of the same in the State Gazette.. . Since you reside in Thane it would be appropriate if you contact the Government Press and obtain the form for change of name. After submission of the form with requisite fee the notification would be published in the State Gazette intimating the change of your name.. . You may contact the . "DIRECTORATE OF GOVERNMENT PRINTING AND STATIONERY, . MAHARASHTRA STATE, . NETAJI SUBHASH ROAD, MUMBAI 400 004". for the form for change of name and follow the procedure as directed by it.. . After the notification in the official gazette is published a copy of the same would also be sent to you at your address mentioned in the Form. This copy of the gazette would then be the conclusive evidence of your new name. . Advocate Siddharth Gulatee - 4/14/2009. . #2 example -. . We do not have any law in particular for changes to the personal indentification of a person.

When a will is before the probate court, it is public information. Some counties have websites which publish the documents filed in probate court.
