For those who answered, "you don't have to"...that is not quite true. You are more or less expected to and some places even say you have to.

I have tried bulking them, spaming them even telling yahoo. And they still keep coming from a bunch of different addresses. I can't change my email (it is on my business cards) WHAT DO I DO??.

Hi, I need some hints about writing a covering letter for a job application. Is it a good idea to start by saying...."I am applying for this job because.....?" Any hints or tips on writing the covering letter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks..

No-one can tell you whether any 'specific' form that you're looking at is sufficient or not without looking at it, of course. That said, though, there is no reason at all why a DIY Power of Attorney form should NOT be legal. 'Most' POA's aren't even done on a form - the grantee just writes something up and signs it. I'd note though that while having it notarized and/or witnessed is not required by law, many financial institutions will not accept one that isn't.. . Remember, also, that a POA is valid only as long as the grantee is mentally capable of handling her own affairs (And, therefore, still competent to withdraw the POA). If your gran becomes incompetent, then you'd need a guardianship or conservatorship, which is a different - and more complicated - matter.. . Richard

Write your resume based on your skills. Really play them up and be careful what words you use. Such as don't say "familiar" with the MS software. Use stronger words like Knowledgable or Proficient. Since you don't have a lot of experience you have to drag out those skills. Don't just say MS Office. List the applications so it looks impressive. Wow, you know all those!
