I will pass, there are too many scams "abroad". . To rent abroad you need to provide a copy of your Visa, proof of local income, or local bank funds. All notorized. You do nto need a silly letter, just fill out their application.

Legally you can change your name my deed poll without parental consent as soon as you turn 16.

Because it is not there does not necessarily mean it doesnt exist. Yours may be a state that does not require it.. . The best way I can think of is to check with the person's bank. If a POA was presented there to be used, the bank would make a copy of it to keep on file. I am not sure of the legality of them showing this to you though.. . One other thought comes to mind in this. You can get a standard revocation of power of attorney form from the legal section of your library and make a copy of it. Then use the revocation to erase any existing POA.. . I hope this helps and you find it useful

I wanted to change my Surname how would I get this done?

why are good organization skill important to writing effective business messages?

You are going to write a standard business letter.. . In the letter, you are going to explain why something happened and why you should not face the usual consequence of that thing having happened -- not why the consequence is in general unfair, but why you deserve an exception. And you will attach (include in the envelope) proof of any of your claims that you can prove and that help you make your case.. . So you might say something like, "I am writing to request that I be allowed to take Calculus 2 even though I have failed Calculus 1 three times. I passed Pre-Calculus in Fall 2009 with an A-. I then registered for Calculus 1 in Spring 2010, Fall 2010, and Spring 2011. I failed all 3 classes because or a large number of absences, including absences on days exams were held, which I was not allowed to make up because my professors did not believe my explanation of why I missed class. However, I believe that my grades on the exams I did take show that I have mastered the Calculus 1 material and should be allowed to take Calculus 2.. . "The truth is that I was bitten by a radioactive catfish on February 19, 2010. A copy of my discharge summary from the emergency room on that day is attached to this letter. I rapidly discovered that the bite had left me with superpowers. As anyone would do, I immediately acquired police scanners for my dorm room and my car, and as often as possible I went to the scenes of major crimes and disasters in order to help preserve the safety of our town.
