If, for whatever reason you cannot transfer the lease to the new roommate, I would still get your new agreement in writing. It protects both of you. It doesn't have to be super formal. Just make sure that everyone who is currently on the lease signs it.. . I would include that she needs to have all of her private possessions out by a specific date, anything remaining can be donated to charity or thrown away.

My name is Melanie Greco and i am 14 years old. If my mom married someone with another last name (who would become my stepfather) and change her name to his last name, could i also legally change my name to my stepfather's last name? If not, why?. . Thanxx:).

Describe an important letter you wrote?

First and foremost, to do this in any state, you must be over 18. Anyone under 18 cannot file the legal paperwork to do this. A parent has to do it for them.. . You need to contact the local county courthouse of the county you live in for these details. The laws and requirements vary by state, and the fees vary by county.. . Once you have the legal name change, you will need to do the following:. . 1. Provide a certified copy of the court order to your local social security administration office and your local DMV to get your name changed on your SS card and on your driver's license and car title.. . 2. Next, go to your bank and do the same thing for your bank accounts.. . 3. Then contact all your creditors to have your name changed on all your accounts, credit cards, loans, monthly bills (electric, water, phone, etc). Many of these may require you fax or mail them a copy of the court order before they will change your name.. . 4. If you want it changed on your birth certificate, especially for purposes of acquiring a passport, etc., you will have to contact the Dept. of Vital Statistics of the state you were born in and follow their instructions on getting it changed on your birth certificate. They will require you to send them an official certified copy of the court order along with whatever forms they ask you to fill out, and any fees they have.

I'm not a native speaker of English.. How did you American people(students) learn English words(spelling) in school?. . Here is "Banana".. This spelling is very easy to write because we can write it, pronauncing, BA-NA-NA.. but "aisle", for example, if written, pronauncing, it can be written "aile" or "ail.. So I write it pronauncing like this:A-I-S-Le".. How do American children/students learn English spellings of words?. Like me, do they write on a notebook over and over again, pronauncing them the way I do?.
