Information about Changing my name?

Marrying web templates with pre-designed web-builders?

I signed on a lease in January and am the only one on the lease. I subleased to another person and they turned out to be uninhabitable to live with. I gave the tenant 30 days notice to move out of the premises and thankfully, they moved out. However the tenant stored belongings in the garage and has yet to claim them. He has been gone 5 months and I have been asking him to claim his items for the past 3 months. What can I legally do if he won't claim his stuff? We live in Washington State.

I ran into someone who said the city and schools would probably be interested in my companies work. With all the budget cuts a lot of people are contracting with the city, state, organisations etc... I have never written a letter or more so a proposal like this so and i don't want to say to little or to much..
