He sounds like he takes pleasure in hurting you. Dont let him. What you had during the divorce is just things. Most lenders will tell you if you had a home and gave it up during divorce or as part of the settlement, you may now be qualified as a first time home buyer and there may be special funds you may be qualified to receive. Check into this before doing anything.

Slander the F* out of them on the internet. Do a search for apartment reviews and let others know your experiences. If you can?t get out of your situation, at least make sure others don?t suffer. .

I just want to get a feel for the reasons behind why women may or may not choose to take on their husbands last name. I have been married to my wife for almost seven years, we have three children together and I am the only one in my household with my last name. All three kids have their mother's last name. My two youngest (who were born after we were married) have my last name as a second middle name, but no one but my wife and I know that. I have told my wife that I don't mind, but I am lying, I am furious... I get asked ALL THE TIME whether they are my kids are not even though they look too much like me to deny.. . I have even had people who were at our wedding ask if we were still married when they see her name listed seperately from mine. All of our bills are in two seperate names, not even a Mr & Mrs X. My wife says that she wants a "traditional" family, but she refuses to change her last name, she asked why I don't take her last name and my response was "that's not how it works.". . I am particularly enraged because I am the my father's only son and the family name will end with me since my sisters changed their names when they got married. My question is: am I being a sexist pig because I believe that a woman should change her last name when she gets married? Please only serious answers, I am truly struggling with this.. I just want to make a clarification: I have brought this issue up many times over the years, and granted we didn't bring this up prior to marriage because I didn't think it was an issue... since she talked about wanting to do things traditionally (although technically having a child before marriage is not traditional) I assumed that she would change her name. Once we were married I asked her when she was going to file the paperwork to change her name and it was then that she informed me that she had not intention of changing her name and never would.. . Have I decided to live with it, to some extent, do I understand that changes now could cause some confusion with the children sure... do I think that my children will fall into a whirlwind stupor and lose all sense of who they are because their last name changes? No, not any more than they would if I was in the military and was stationed in another country for the long term. Would it take time to adjust, sure, would it be impossible, n.

i'm in the process of purchasing my first home. it is a probate home. my realtor became administor of the estate. first of all....in order for me to qualify my realtor had me lie to the lender by telling them i own a business. my realtor told me i had to do this in order for me to qualify..so i did. i signed the purchase agreement but not the escrow documents. my realtor allowed me to move into the house with a lease agreement..and i just found out that the probate judge rejected the lease agreement after i moved into the home. i gave a pretty good down payment already. anyway, 1 week after i moved i discovered some defects in the home. the electrical box outside of the home was declared a fire hazard by an electrician and by the city home inspector. now my realtor is threatening me by telling me that i will lose my deposit if i don't move foward with the deal. can he alow me to move in like this and is he still liable for repairing the electrical problem? can i get my deposit back?.

Should I email her asking how the letter is going? I don't know how to approach this. I hope that she didn't forget. Please help.

I'd like to just cut & paste a birthday invitation template (and fill in the party details) to a microsoft word document. I've tried searching for this but no luck. Thanks --.
