• Ms. Nix received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 2000 and a Juris Doctor degree from the Barry University School of Law in 2008. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Nix provided outpatient mental health services with ACT Corporation in Volusia County. Following a 2007 internship with Stenstrom Mclntosh, Ms. Nix began as an associate attorney at the firm in 2008, and became Of Counsel in 2012.

Having agreed to this, they too were no longer targeted. The insurance companies have bore the brunt of the vilification. Last year, they claimed on average only 4% profits. Hardly makes them a major threat as portrayed. So, who empowered these insurance companies? Hillary Clinton back when she was "first lady." She vilified and demonized doctors as being in a good old boy club who scratched one another's backs, ordered excessive expensive tests and medications all in the name of making a profit. She hatched her HMO scheme, stripping doctors of their decision making abilities and instead turned that process over to the for profit insurance companies. They would after all, keep an eye on the bottom line. All in the name of driving down the cost of health care. She failed miserably. And for her failure, she was first rewarded with a seat in the Senate and now as Secretary of State. The last bit of sad irony is that all the while Obama insisted that it was the Republicans who were fear mongers, in truth it was Obama who employed fear tactics. He threatened that if this bill did not pass, that we will go bankrupt. In truth, because it DID pass, we will now most assuredly end up in bankruptcy.. . Study the history and then do the math. This new law is financially unsustainable. I suggest you explore via search engine the history and goals of the Cloward - Piven Strategy.. . *the next day*. .
