• Mr. Wieland is a Florida Native, born in Coral Gables, in South Florida. He completed his undergraduate degree, majoring in pre-med, from Wake Forrest University. Next, he attended the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Alabama, graduating in 1984. He began his law career with a local insurance defense firm, which also specialized in personal injury, worker's compensation, and product liability defense. He eventually became a partner and shareholder in the firm. Mr. Wieland joined our firm in 2008, and continues to devote part of his practice to personal injury. Today, Mr. Wieland offers his services in the areas of business law, real estate, family law, estate planning, and homeowner association law. In addition, Mr. Wieland is a certified circuit court mediator. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Seminole County Bar, and licensed to practice law in Florida, the U.S. District Court, and the Florida Middle District Court.
