Complete Guide on CV Preparation. . CV's are called a variety of things (eg, curriculum vitae, resume). There is no universally accepted format. The most important attribute of a successful CV is that it clearly explains to the reader what it is that you can do for them. Your CV should be:

Euthanasia is where you are actually put to death by humane means when you have a terminal illness. I believe this is illegal in most if not all states and that is why Dr. Jack Kavorkian is in prison now.

My career goal is pharmacist, but first i am planning to become RN (2 year). What steps do i need to take next?

So I need some expert advice.... My situation is pretty complicated... So I'll start at the beginning. I'm 22 and have never had an ID. (Oh, and I live in Indiana, by the way) so, I mailed out an application for a certified birth certificate through the Indiana State Department of Health so I could start the process of getting my ID.. I filled out the application under my last name. (Sandlin). So I waited, and when I got my birth certificate came back under Owens... Which was weird because that wasn't my last name. It was my dads. (We didn't not share last names at the time because my mother and father were not married when I was born) anyways, I called the Health Department back because I thought they made a mistake. But they said that in 2005 there was a paternity affidavit that was filed that had my last name changed to Owens, I was completely unaware that this happened. For some reason or another, my mom didn't tell me. So they mailed me a copy of the Affidavit. And I guess my father took a DNA test and claimed me when I was 14 and that changed my name... So all that was a surprise. So I went to the BMV to try to get my ID today. And I took my certified birth certificate, my W2 form with my social security number instead of my social security card (since my old card said Sandlin) and all that was fine. They took my picture and got my signature and information.. But then they said that they couldn't verify my social security number.. So they said that where my name was changed that it didn't get verified through the Social Security office and that I would have to do that and get a new social card with Owens... So I called the social security office to see what documents that I need to do that, and they said I need an ID and the affidavit to do that! Which is highly frustrating! I've been trying since I was 18 to get a freaking ID and nothing seems to work. I would just like some sensible advice. And no, my mother will not sign for anything or help me. So that's out of the question. If I don't get an id soon, I'm going to loose my job. So some accurate advice would be great.....

I am applying for an apartment and need a character reference letter from my employer. Can someone post one for me here? I don't have access to many sites from my job so I can't check links. thanks.
