  • Dave joined the firm in the spring of 2010. He spent the first 6 years of his career working as a trial lawyer for defense firms of various sizes ranging from 6 to 300+ attorneys. During his time at those firms he developed a strong desire to represent plaintiffs in order to help individuals and families in their time of greatest need. It was that, along with Dave's vast litigation experience, which made him the perfect fit for our practice.

Dave graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia School of Law in 2003, where he was a member of Law Review. In 2000, Dave graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.S. in management. He was voted captain of his college basketball team and twice named to the All-Conference basketball team.

Dave is licensed to practice in the states of Missouri and Kansas, and focuses his practice on medical negligence, automobile/trucking accident, and products liability litigation.

Dave, who was born in Houston, Texas, has called the Kansas City area home for as long as he can remember. When not at work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, Naaron, working out, playing basketball, hiking and mountain climbing.

wat is command to format pendrive from cmd? pls say me command.

A relative recently passed away. I just received a Letter of Trust from the probate court. What does this mean to me? Will I be getting some kind of an inheritance or what exactly. I am in Illinois, he was a very prominent Medical doctor in California. He was survived by his wife, no children, also he was an only child and his parents are also deceased.

Is a financial advisor a good career?

Will i be able to claim this benefit?

I live in oregon, and go through Fort Lewis for no-fee passports and everything else needed to move to Germany. My husband was stationed in Vilseck, Germany, and recently deployed to Afghanistan. My single child and myself are trying to move ourselves over to Germany along with a POV and HHG.. I got an e-mail 2 days ago from our FRL leader we have been approved!! and now, i dont know who to call or what step to take to get to germany. I know I need to be briefed.. obtain our no-fee passports that are ready and waiting at the welcome center, ship my POV, get in touch with the shipping office to have them pack our stuff and ship it, and set/recieve a date for our plane tickets. I also know i need to call the lodging office in Vilseck, Germany and inform them we are comming, but im not sure when to do that, or what documents they will need. I need to call the housing office to get on the waiting list. All i need are phone numbers and instructions on what steps to take. The drive to fort lewis is hard with a child, and i want to minimize the visits as much as possible, living in a different state.. If anyone can give me any insight i would appriciate it much! thank you :).
