  • Shawn A. Devries is a licensed Florida Bar Attorney. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Family, Circuit Civil, and Appellate Mediator. Before coming to Jacksonville more than four years ago, Shawn resided in Central Florida after relocating from his home town in Syracuse, New York. Prior to becoming an attorney, Shawn worked in the hospitality industry throughout Central Florida and Upstate NY for over fourteen years. Over those fourteen years he worked for both small hospitality firms as well as Fortune 500 companies. During that time, Shawn received his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and has completed his Masters of Business Administration from NOVA Southeastern University.

After gaining many years of experience in hospitality, Shawn then decided to relocate to Jacksonville to pursue law school at Florida Coastal School of Law. Shawn believed he could utilize his many years of experience in the hospitality industry in the legal field. Today, Shawn has his own law firm, The DeVries Law Firm, P.A., that is centered around his passion of combining hospitality and law. The philosophy of the Firm is to solve individual's legal problems with a taste of hospitality. Shawn's goal is to make his guests at the Firm feel completely comfortable, safe, and relaxed. He understands that legal problems can be overwhelming and taxing. Therefore, Shawn tries to make the legal process as stress-free as possible by pampering all of his guests that walk through the door. The main areas of law that his Firm practices in are family law, estate planning, probate, and landlord tenant. However, The Firm will most certainly help individuals with other legal issues outside those three areas of law; or refer to other firms, if necessary.

In addition to maintaining his firm, Shawn concentrates on mediation. Shawn believes that working through legal issues by negotiation and agreement is the best way to proceed; and, he wants individuals to work through and experience a positive journey through the legal process. He understands that everyone has enough stress and worries outside legal process.

Every month I need to create 5 documents which all use the same template format.

How do you do a cover letter For a Job resume?

question on familty law divorce attorney?

You are in the wrong section, but here's the answer anyway:. If you paid by credit card, even a small deposit or part payment, the credit card company is liable to refund all the money. Of course they will try to avoid paying but quote the consumer credit act to them, section 75 I think.. If you paid with debit card there is a similar scheme (Visa chargeback) but this may need there to be money in the MFI account. Again the banks may pretend not to know about it. If you paid cash or cheque you are at the bottom of the list for payment. You might get the goods if they are in the warehouse with your details on the paperwork, otherwise it's up to the administrators and/or new owners whether they pick up the old orders.. I would talk to Consumer Direct to get a precise statement of your rights and some letter templates

I want to change my middle name, too. In high school, they always assigned us "Spanish names..." and I was Cristina, but I always loooved the name Ana because that sounds a bit more classic. :-). Sorry, forgot to mention I am in North Carolina.. I am thinking of Sara King... that was an ancestor's last name, and it makes me proud to think I might be distantly related to the King brothers. I looove blues and I play the guitar... that would be too cool if it turned out that were so..

i have to look for the meaning of Teacher Prepared Study Guide. And everything about it.. thankz.
