Is it obligatory to change surname after marriage?. Hi, is it obligatory in the uk to change surname after getting married?. How significant is this to uk men? (the wife getting their surname). thanks a lot.

In 1988, statutory changes allowed prosecutors to directly file in adult court, without the traditional procedure, if the juvenile was alleged to have committed any of nine specific offenses. This "prosecutorial" waiver policy required Circuit and Recorder's Courts to try juvenile cases, but provided discretion to judges to commit the juvenile to the adult corrections system or to the state juvenile justice system under the Youth Rehabilitation Services Act~

If the UK citizens are "wealthy enough" to pay upfront for foreign treatment why is this a drain on the NHS? If I am paying it behoves me to seek out the best treatment at the best price, surely that releases the NHS personnel to treat more patients? Regardless, the EU is a corrupt body, their legislation is cloaked in gobbledegook to hoodwink the electorate. The NHS does not have an "internal market".All recent legislation within this body was designed to blur the structure of our health service. It started by giving us "choice" introducing "waiting times" exaggerating poor performance, selling off our ancillary services to the highest bidder and lowest payer, PFI has been a disaster to this once great and respected service. Britain was the envy of the world for it's health, welfare and educational systems. Look back to our unwelcomed entry to the EU, from where did our demise originate? I lay everything that is wrong/has gone wrong in my beloved country at the feet of Europe and it's twisted and greedy ministers. Do not be fooled by Cons or Lib Dems paying lip service to protecting our NHS, they were privy to this information long before you or I, where were their voices then? They seek only to secure your vote whilst obeying their European masters. Have they promised to rescind all legislation that is dertimental, re-establish the principles of the NHS, make healthcare free at the point of need to citizens of this country? I think not, instead they purport to believe, in your words that " this directive would undermine the fundamental principles of the NHS, impose uneccessary burdens of cost and beaurocracy" Too bloody late mate! This has been happening for at least the last 25yrs aided and abetted by consecutive governments. Tell the electorate something it doesn't know. Can I go to any EU country and expect excellent free healthcare no questions asked Without having to fill in an E111?. Will they provide an interpreter, a social worker, a solicitor, to make sure my needs are met, will they give me access to back-up my case as a fellow member of the EU? I think not....But the UK will.... Stop splitting hairs, the EU has been a disaster for this country, why are we paying our elected representatives a fortune to continue with this myth? EU directives seek not only to mark the beginnings of the end of the NHS, but the end of Btitain as we know it..Who are the founding fathers of the EU? Who carries most sway within this corrupt and self seeking financial gravy train? Why should we now sleep with our enemies? I am all for equality, but what is equal for you is also equal for me, but not at the expense of what my people suffered and died for, a true Jerusalem!....... Rant over, I just needed to vent lol, but I hope in my ramblings I made at least one person think.

I want to be a Real Estate Lawyer instead of a Realtor now. I have done little research so could you please tell me what you know ? I need everything from what they do to what college classes I need to take. I have already changed my high school elective to Criminal Justice so I am on the right track...I think .
