  • Most people don't even think about how much their jobs mean to them, until they are at risk of losing it, or have lost it. We gain a sense of self-worth from our employment, our families rely on us to help support them and losing a job can affect the rest of your career.

At White, Rose & Marks, L.L.C., all we do is employment law. We focus on this because we know how important your rights as an employee are. No one should have to deal with discrimination or harassment in the workplace in this day and age. The federal government has put laws in place to prevent these very things. Most people don't know how to defend themselves against these insidious problems. We do, and we're here to help.

Our attorneys have more than 15 years of combined experience in employment law. We aggressively defend your rights and will take your case to court if we cannot come to a reasonable settlement with your employer. Litigation does not scare us, we all excel at it. Other law firms may do employment law as part of their practice, but for us, it is our practice. We came together from larger law firms in order to be able to focus on our clients' needs and to take more cases to trial.

You need a document which proves your change of name. So you shouldn't need a deed poll if:. . ? your new passport states your old and new name. ? your country of origin issues you with a new birth certificate showing your old and new name. ? your country of origin issues some sort of formal document which proves your change of name (and it states both your old and new name). . Organisations in the UK are obliged to recognise a change to your personal data, under the Data Protection Act. However, you will probably need a deed poll, because you need a formal document linking your old and new names.

If a single mother has a stroke and is left in a vegetative state-with three adult children and one 16 year old child-is anyone legally able to make the decision to leave or take that mother of life support? There is no will or legal document that clearly states who would have medical power of attorney. Well say that this is in the state of Missouri..

The reporting period would be FROM when a person had become 30 days past due and never brought the account current leading to the charge off - that account CANNOT legally be re-aged to be reported for longer than the required reporting period. . Once an account is charged off, any payment (to the original creditor/collector) will not re-set the reporting period for that account !!!!!. . If the collector told you by phone or in writing that it will report as re-aged, then they have violated your rights.. Though if it was by phone, unless you were taping, you have no proof of the violation.
