Its a robotic process almost, your not after a conversation with the bank, as you won't get anything useful! It sounds harsh, but its the way its done, and is the quickest way to reach a resolution (which takes 2 - 3 months even with sticking to the exact deadlines).. . For more information, see my site below, which has full and detailed guides to each step of the claims process, template letters to send to the bank, the latest bank charge news and developments, and forums for one to one advice.. . I`ve claimed back over ?700 personally from the HSBC and i`m currently persuing a second claim. Users of my site have got back thousands from a range of banks and building socities, so i`m sure it will help you.. . The site is free to use!

How do I ask any of my teachers for a letter of recommendation? I am not close to any of them, and I never ever talk to any, but it is necessary for me to submit one. What do I do? Do I just go up to one and ask? Will they say no or do they have to say yes? I don't know what to do about this..

The UCC only applies to the sale of goods, not services. A surgeon's work is not a sale of goods, it is considered medical services. And medical professionals are protected from that sort of thing if it is an emergency situation and the patient is unconscious and they would die without the service.. . 1. Yes, most likely.. 2. No.. 3. No.. 4. Not sure but I believe courts have been in favor of the hospitals in these sorts of cases.. 5. Yes, because there should have been a contract if Myron was conscious. He would have either had to accept the contract or die. I would assume he wouldn't want to die and that is what I believe the courts would say too.. . The only issue would be if they were performing a surgery and found a non-life threatening growth or something and removed it and charged him for it. The courts have been split on those issues if the patient had other options. But if the surgery is required or the patient will die, the courts have been in favor of the hospital.

either name sounds pretty classy like an MD should be after the name.. . When I was in my 20's I worked in a very small office with about 5 Judy's. They asked me to use something else and so I used Julie throughout my career. I often thought about changing my name legally to Julie but just never got around to it. Strangely enough, when I retired I began using my formal name of Judith and was very glad that I never changed it legally. I feel that Judith suits me.. . Here's what I suggest: Get used to the name. Say it often. Perhaps going as far as asking people to call you that or telling people you meet that your name is Sebastian
