lawyer Zoeller, Brian K. Reviews

i think you should just do it. if someone asks you 'why' or 'when' you did it, just tell them you did it when she was young and just be honest with your reasons why. its the middle name, not her first or last name. or you could even tell them that you just added it, not replaced it and no one will give it a second though. you know your child better than anyone and if you know she'll be happier with a different middle name, then do it. you are her mother, you know whats best period.

I'm making a production company called walt street productions and there is already a company out there named wall street productions. I heard it needs to be changed by 30% can i get in legal trouble for using a name close to another?.

Renewing your real estate license?

im 23 have bank account, loan, credit cards, finance deal, driving license, passport and my name on all sorts of things!!!!. . I would like to change my name tho to that of my mothers. How awkward is this likely to be and will it affect my credit rating etc. . I need advice.

Your power of attorney relates only to you and your husbands affairs together as in (Sorry to be this blunt) if he is killed you have power over his affairs and none of his relatives have a legal say. So no it is no help. However if you want her to be emancipated it only takes her mother's permission. Call the county where your sister lives and ask to talk to the clerk of "Family court." They should be able to help.
