I took on this job as a csr for an insuance co. I knew nothing about insuance, but willing to learn. At 1st I was told I'd be working 25-35 hrs a wk. Now I work 32-40/wk. Was told I would not be doing marketing calls. Every now and then I am. When someone calls in for an auto quote I feel uncomfortable to ask them if I can quote thier house and other things. I feel even more uncomfortable to call people trying to get thier personal info for a quote. I know my work needs me, but this ain't the job for me and I don't know how to say so. I been there for 3 months. I am there by myself verage, 3 days a wk. I find myself stressed more often. Canm someone give me advice, please?.
