  • The firm of Lanier Ford Shaver & Payne P.C. is the result of a 1988 merger between two of Huntsville's oldest law firms. At the time of the merger, the two firms were named

Lanier, Shaver & Herring Ford, Caldwell, Ford & Payne

Lanier Shaver & Herring's predecessor firms, beginning with Milton H. Lanier, Sr.'s solo practice, began service to the community in 1899. The predecessor firms to Ford Caldwell Ford & Payne began when Earle Ford opened a solo practice in Huntsville in 1916. As separate entities, these two firms provided effective representation to their clients and were active leaders of the legal community in Madison County throughout the 20th century.

Upon the merger of the two firms in 1988, Lanier Ford Shaver & Payne, P.C. became the fifteenth largest law firm in Alabama (then with 25 members) and has grown into a full-service law practice fully prepared to meet the needs of its clients in the 21st century.

the person would need to sign a form giving someone the rights to medical decisions. It usually goes along with the will. I have one and if something happens to me, only my parents can make a medical decision for me or if they aren't alive anymore my brother/sister. It is called Medical power of attorney. Need a lwyer to write this up and file it in the county court.

First and foremost, learn to spell "forming" and "please", then you can attack the other things.. . Grow up.

Does anyone know a link to a site where I can look at some sample cover letters?.

i need examples of Keynesian Economic. ONLY EXAMPLES NOT THE Definition.

ancient Hmong writting?

The name change slowed down your petition by about 5 minutes. It's just one more form to sign for the judge, makes no difference.. . When you have your Oath depends on your location. For example, Los Angeles has about 6 to 8 Oath Ceremonies per month, some of them with 2 x 6,000 applicants and the same amount of guests
