  A native Houstonian, Michelle Tewal graduated from St. Pius X High School in Houston, Texas.? A desire for new experiences, led Michelle to Boston, Massachusetts where she attended Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts and graduated with a B.A. in psychology with a minor in Spanish.?

  Michelle's interest in family law began years before she officially became an attorney.? Through serving the needy families involved with the Medical-Legal Cooperative in Boston, Massachusetts, she learned that her passions lie in helping families work through and cope with the legal system.? This experience led Michelle to pursue her interest in the law and attend law school at New England Law- Boston.? Michelle excelled in law school, graduating cum laude and in the top ten percent of her class.? She was also chosen to serve as a Technical Editor of the New England Law Review.

  After law school, Michelle had the opportunity to serve as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court.? In this position, she worked closely with the Honorable Justices of the Probate and Family Court analyzing domestic relations and probate laws and drafting the decrees and orders to be signed by the Justices.? Ok, Now I am about to put together a will in case of an emergency. I want to name my wife my beneficiary for all of my assets, and my daughter and son after her. I guess it would be better for all of my assets to be poured into a trust account.

I've been playing in country bands for the past 30 years, and I have to agree that *modern* country music all sounds the same. To me (and remember, I like country) all the singers sound the same, and the music is all over-produced in the same studios with the same group of studio musicians. I have a hard time even calling it country....to me it's pop music with lyrics about stereotypical "country" topics.. . PLEASE READ ON, I'm not trying to argue against you.

I watched the movie Sicko, the documentary by Micheal Moore, and was wondering if the universal health care systems he describes in the other European countries is completely accurate.
