Nicole Perry's practice is concentrated on commercial civil litigation in state and federal courts, with a focus on intellectual property and oil & gas matters. She has represented corporate clients throughout the U.S. in trade secret lawsuits, copyright lawsuits, breach of contract claims, employment disputes, government investigations, and Fair Credit Reporting Act proceedings.
Nicole has substantial experience in a range of phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, settlement, and trial before juries, and she has second-chaired several arbitrations. She has worked with expert witnesses in a variety of fields.
